Why we're gathering

What if we helped families feel more connected—not just more restricted?

The founding-member experience

Learn together. Explore what works.

Rather than offering another lecture about screen time, this lab invites parents into a thoughtful, practical conversation about technology, everyday family challenges, and meaningful connection.

01

Two live technology demos

See and try intentional-use options, including simplified phones and practical ways to create healthier digital boundaries. Ask questions and explore what could work for your family.

02

Parent psychoeducation

Explore adolescent development and how technology intersects with attention, emotional regulation, friendships, and family relationships. This educational component is being developed; topics and facilitators will be announced once confirmed.

03

Parent support & focus groups

Facilitated discussions to share what's hard, hear from other parents, exchange strategies, and help inform future family-centered programming.

Built with parents, not just for parents

You don't need all the answers to belong here.

Whether your child has a smartphone, is asking for one, or you're reconsidering how technology fits into family life, your perspective matters. Founding members will help us learn which supports are genuinely useful for local families.
